Debra K.W. Kiefat, CPC established Metro Hospitality Consultants in 1994.  Her background includes owner of a casual dining restaurant, Sales and Catering Manager with Holiday Inns and a recruiter for a search firm specializing in the hospitality industry. 

Debra is a nationally Certified Personnel Consultant who is listed in the National Registry of Certified Staffing Industry Professionals and is a Certified Employment Law Trainer for MAPS (Minnesota Association of Personnel Services).  She attended college at UW-LaCrosse studying business management.
